Virtuoso Demo Update

We know you’re waiting to see the online demo and we’re sorry we missed the intended January release date. We really appreciate your interest and patience so we wanted to provide you an update on our progress.

Earlier this week we had our first look at the demo, and tested it with a couple of Jaroslav’s advisors here in Dunedin. Their feedback on lesson content is all positive, but we also learnt that we need to adapt the design layout and formatting to make it more appealing to children.

While the current format is suited to adult learning, we agree that it does lack appeal, especially for the under 10’s. So it’s back to the drawing board we go.

We’d like to make the suggested changes so that the demo is as good as we can get it before releasing it for your feedback. Thanks for your ongoing patience, please let us know if you have any questions.

Fellowship St Cecilia School of Music

Jaroslav probably wouldn’t have even mentioned it if I hadn’t asked but as of February 2009 he is one of the youngest ever musicians to gain the Fellowship Diploma of the St Cecilia School of Music. Proving age is no barrier to talent Congratulations! from your team here at Upstart, Dunedin.

Congratulation to the team in Christchurch for pulling together such a successful conference 09, to everyone that came along last Thursday to find out a little more about our project and to people for providing contact details so that we can keep you up to date.

The demo we had planned for the end of the months is slightly behind schedule and our developers are committed to another big project for the next couple of weeks but rest assured we will be in touch as soon as it is available.
